Terms of Use

The tools are free to use for any purpose. They are estimates, not advice, and you use them at your own risk.

Using the site

You may use these calculators for personal or commercial purposes, for yourself or on behalf of someone else, without asking and without charge. There is no licence to sign and no attribution required.

What you may not do:

  • Interfere with the operation of the site, or attempt to reach systems or data you are not entitled to.
  • Send automated requests at a rate that degrades the site for other people. Requests are rate-limited.
  • Republish the tools in a way that presents them as your own, or misrepresents where a figure came from.

The results are estimates

Every figure this site produces is an estimate. Real outcomes depend on facts the calculator does not know: the policy of your employer, the wording of your contract, the rounding convention of a bank, a circular issued after the page was last reviewed, or an ordinance that applies only where you live.

Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or medical advice, and no professional relationship is created by using it. Where a figure matters — a payslip dispute, a filing, a loan you are about to sign, a health decision — check it with someone qualified and against the primary source.

The disclaimer sets out what this means for each kind of tool.

Statutory rates and reference data

Tools that depend on Philippine regulation carry the rates in force for the period you ask about, so a question about an earlier year keeps producing the answer for that year. We take care over these, but rates change and transcriptions can be wrong. The official issuance always wins over anything shown here.

Availability

The site is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular tool will remain available. Tools may be changed, corrected or withdrawn without notice — including when a correction changes an answer a tool previously gave.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or anything it produces. That includes lost income, lost savings, penalties, and decisions taken on the basis of an estimate.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations to be excluded. Where that is the case, the limitation above applies only as far as the law allows.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a government issuance or another external page, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its availability.

Content and ownership

The text, layout, code and marks of this site belong to JuanDesk. Figures you produce with the calculators are yours; we neither see them nor claim anything over them.

The typeface is Inter, by Rasmus Andersson and the Inter Project Authors, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 — the licence is served with the font files themselves.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
